Return and Exchange Policy
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes, we’re happy to help you exchange for a different size! Just email us at info@projectkadave.in or call us at +91 8310376633 within 4 days of delivery. Include the size you need, and our support team will respond within 24 hours to start the exchange. Our delivery partner will pick up the item for free. Once received, we’ll inspect the product, and if approved, ship the new size. The exchange process usually takes 8-10 days.
Please Note:
- Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and in the original packaging—to pass our quality check.
- We reserve the right to decline an exchange if:
- The product shows signs of use.
- The product arrives damaged.
Exchanges are available one time only for size adjustments on each product, so please check our size guide to ensure the best fit. Exchanges are also subject to stock availability. If we don’t have the size you need, we’ll provide store credit.
Note: During peak seasons or holidays, exchange processing may take slightly longer than usual.
Can I return a product?
Yes, if you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return. Email us at info@projectkadave.in or call +91 8310376633 within 4 days of delivery. Once accepted, our delivery partner will pick up the item free of charge. Please include the original packaging and invoice with the item.
For approval, items must meet our quality check standards: they should be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging. Returns may be approved or declined based on the product’s condition.

Once approved, we’ll issue store credit within 3-5 business days following the quality check. Store credit will be sent as a digital code that can be used on our website. If the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing tags, the return will be denied, and we’ll send it back to your address.
What if the product is damaged during transit?
If the package appears damaged upon delivery, please record a video of the package and unboxing. Be sure the product is clearly shown in the video, as this will allow us to process any claims for damage. Without an unboxing video, we cannot accept transit-related damage claims.
In case of damage, we will replace the product at no additional cost. If the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit. Please email info@projectkadave.in or call us at +91 8310376633 with the video and photos of the damage within 2 days of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund.

- Processing Time for Returns: Store credit for returns will be issued within 3-5 business days following the quality check. Store credit will be issued as a digital code redeemable on our website.
